The apartment is equipped with electric underfloor and infrared heating and has a separate entrance. Outside, you have exclusive use of a large sun terrace, a small garden with a lawn, garden furniture, lounge chairs, etc., as well as 2 parking spaces. Many special attractions, hiking trails and swimming lakes are within easy reach. The Untersbergbahn in Grödig, Eisriesenwelt and Werfen Castle, as well as Salzburg, Hallein and the Trattberg alpine pastures, are popular destinations. A vast hiking area with mountain huts awaits you there. You can also reach the Berchtesgaden National Park with Lake Königsee, Lake Chiemsee in Bavaria, as well as Lake Fuschl, Lake Wolfgang and much more in less than an hour. Take a stroll from the nearby Roman Bridge along a mountain stream. Hike through the Lammer and Almbach gorges. Take a walk to and around Seewaldsee, nestled in a beautiful nature reserve, or hike down into the valley to the mystical Georgenberg and on to Kuchl.
