Thanks to its central yet quiet location, the bus, train and ferry are just a few minutes' walk away and the jetty of the White Fleet is also just over a kilometre away. The beach resorts of Caputh and Templin can be reached in just a few minutes by car. The house is rented from April to October. The house stands on its own plot of approx. 400 square metres and is for your sole use, the car can be parked in the driveway and there is lockable storage space for bicycles.
