About this apartment rental
The "water lily" is a spacious 3-room apartment with 70 square meters living space on the mezzanine floor. The apartment is fully equipped with underfloor heating. The basic occupancy is for four people.
The apartment entrance leads you directly into the spacious and bright hallway. In the corridor area you will find the cloakroom with seating for putting on and taking off the shoes and a large mirror.
plumbing
In the apartment is a spacious, bright shower room with toilet. Towels and bath towels are provided by us for domestic use. Bath towels for the beach and swimming pool use, we ask you to bring your own. Furthermore, a hairdryer is available in the apartment.
Bedroom in the "water lily"
There are two bedrooms available. These are each equipped with a double bed, wardrobe, bedside tables, alarm clock and sitting or Filing facilities equipped. The mattresses are high-quality pocket spring mattresses, so you can find your deserved sleep here and dream your dreams to the end. The provision of cots for infants is possible at any time. The bed linen is already included in the basic price.
living area
The living area is 24 square meters and is equipped with a kitchenette, a well-equipped, large dining table and a comfortable couch corner. Features include: 46 "TV, stereo (radio, CD), dishwasher, fridge freezer, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, oven, ceramic hob with four hotplates, wall clock. The kitchen is, for at least four people, fully stocked with dishes, cutlery, glasses and cooking utensils.
The living area has a south exposure to the adjacent forest. Given the slope, you are on the downhill side already on the first floor.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen. Die Wohnung war sehr schon und liebevoll eingerichtet, alles war picobello sauber und die Gastgeber supernett. wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Barbara und Willi Siewert

Die Unterkunft war genau wie beschrieben, super freundliche Gastgeber, tolle Ausstattung, sehr sehr sauber und gemütlich, eine wahre Auszeit vom Alltag, sehr zu empfehlen 👍👍👍

Wir waren hier sehr zufrieden und es gab im Umkreis sehr viel zu entdecken. Die Wohnung war für unsere Zwecke und eine Familie mit zwei Kindern (4 + 10 J.) ideal.

Schönes Objekt, Ferienwohnung (Seerose) ist schick eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Sehr herzliche Gastgeber. Großer TV, stabiles W-LAN, große und abgeschlossene Unterstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder am Haus, mehrere Grills stehen zur Nutzung bereit. Ruhige Lage
