About this apartment rental
The vacation rental (completion May 2024) is located in the heart of a residential neighborhood on the outskirts of the state capital, Potsdam, right next to the Potsdam Eisbahnhof.
This spacious, beautiful, and modern apartment is on the first floor of the house we live in ourselves. It has a separate entrance and access to a garden area with seating and a grill. The vacation rental features an open-concept living area with an integrated, fully equipped kitchen and two separate bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Upon arrangement with the landlord, it is possible to add extra beds in the open living area, where the two sofas can be used as sleeping areas.
The bathroom is high-quality and comfortably appointed. On cold days, the apartment is heated by underfloor heating.
The vacation rental is very well connected to public transportation. By tram, bus, or bicycle, you can reach Potsdam’s historic city center and Sanssouci Park in about 10 minutes. There are also opportunities for day trips to Berlin or the surrounding area of Potsdam. The Havel River, with its well-maintained riverside path, and the Pirschheide forests are also in the immediate vicinity and invite you to explore on foot or by bike.
Shopping options are within walking distance, and various restaurants are located nearby as well as in the historic city center.
We are very easy to reach by car from all directions. Public parking is available off-site.

Wonderful location close to the bus stop. Owners were very welcoming and have a lovely ice cream wagon! Very clean and comfortable in a quiet setting. We were very happy with our stay!
