Zentrale Lage (Nähe Rewe). Alles für einen Kurzurlaub vorhanden. Es lohnt sich ein Spaziergang zur Uferpromenade.
Teilweise musste man sich einen öffentlichen Parkplatz ein wenig entfernt suchen.

Die Lage war für uns passend. Wir waren auf einer Hochzeit gleich nebenan im Schloss Caputh eingeladen. Wir konnten zu Fuß dorthin gehen.
Durch das Kopfsteinpflaster war es nachts sehr laut. Da es warm war, musste man die Fenster offenlassen. Das Bett im kleinen Zimmer hatte keine gute Matratze.

Die Lage für Fahrradtouren war sehr gut. Gute Schallisolierung sehr ruhig.
Parkplatz an der Unterkunft, zweites Schlafzimmer sehr klein, könnte etwas gemütlicher eingerichtet sein (steriele Einrichtung)
