Quiet 2 1/2 room apartment in a detached house on the edge of the village. The apartment has a separate entrance and a covered seat with morning sun. Smoking is allowed on the seat, not in the apartment. On the ground floor is the entrance area with the wardrobe. In the open kitchen there is a dining table with 5 seats. The kitchen has a large fridge with freezer compartment, a small dishwasher, an oven and a hob. The microwave is free-standing. A capsule coffee machine (Delizio), a machine for filter coffee and a kettle are at your disposal. Tea bags and coffee capsules (3 per person) are available, as well as sugar, flour, salt, oil and vinegar. Toasters and egg cookers as well as enough crockery, cutlery and pans are waiting in the cupboards. In the living room you will find a comfortable seating area. The flat-screen TV is connected to our satellite system. Games and puzzles are available in the living room for a rainy day. The additional bed in the living room is only needed for 5 persons. The small bathroom with shower and washbasin is also on the ground floor. A hair dryer is available. A staircase leads from the living room to the 1st floor. In the comfortable bedroom with pitched roof there are 2 single beds. On the bedside tables you will find good dimmable light. In the wardrobe hang enough clothes hangers.
