The electric heating provides cosy warmth and can be complemented by the romantic Swedish stove, which provides additional comfort, especially in the colder months. With two beds on the ground floor and additional sleeping facilities for children on the top floor, which can be reached via a narrow folding staircase, the house offers plenty of space for your stay. A practical kitchen area with a 3-ring hob and capsule coffee machine allows you to enjoy your favourite coffee and prepare small meals while on holiday. Outside, the natural garden invites you to linger with its seating area, cosy fireplace and beautiful view. Here you can relax surrounded by nature, while sheep regularly graze around the house in summer, providing an authentic country experience. The location of the house is ideal for lovers of winter sports and the mountains, with a mountain/cable car only 2000 metres away and cross-country skiing opportunities just 1000 metres away. Just 5 minutes from Nesslau, you also have access to shopping, restaurants and a small indoor swimming pool, making your stay both comfortable and varied. Despite the proximity to these amenities, the traffic on the road towards Bendel / Hemberg remains mostly quiet, apart from sunny days when motorcyclists occasionally make their way.
