Nice modern apartment in a good but hard to find location.

Nice modern apartment in a good location. Nice coffee maker and well stocked with beverages available at reasonable price.

Very hard to find the unit with the directions provided. Even people in the neighbourhood didn’t know where the building was. The payment process was complicated - got messages saying everything was okay and provided a key code and then the day of arrival getting a note “the mail didn’t go through, pay a Taxi with a link”. At the intercom being told to pay 150 CHF deposit which hopefully we will get back. While I knew a deposit was required I assumed this would be taken on my credit card. Another item to mention is the unit is “Smart” Alexa controlled by German commands. The unit is very dark and figuring out the lights was a challenge.

All the instructions (lights, card reader, …) inside the property were in German. I think it would be useful to have them translated in English for the non German speaking guests.

Spaceous, clean and very cosy apartment

Lovely clean and very cozy apartment. It looks even better than the pictures. The bed was also comfortable. It had a lot of space and also a nice kitchen. Alexa was fun to use. We enjoyed our stay.

My advice to the owner is to write all the notes and instructions in English as well /next to the German text/ because they were written in German and I had to translate everything with my phone which was a bit frustrating. The coffee machine stuck on milk system washing, for me, the most important thing from the facilities is a coffee machine. The pink light and bed rings were a bit more from the decoration. A toaster and water heater for tea will be a big plus.

creepy place, unfriendly host

the space was clean

the moment we entered we were forced ( by message) to pay online a security deposit. the place was stocked with ( sometimes outdated) equipment like cameras and technical stuff. We felt uncomfartabel like: big brother is watching you. the place can obviously booked by people in for a sex-date. call me naif but I wasn’t aware of that while booking this place we are travelling by bike. there was no safe space to place them outside and to charge them. the place pointed out by the host was dirty, full of glass and open and without charging opportunities. so we decided to takethe bycicles carefully in ( on our own plastic) to charge them. the host sent us a camerastill (!!!) to proof that we did something he didn’t want us to do ( taking in bikes) He registered this with time proofing that he continiously was monitoring our activities online from a distance.l during our stay. although he admitted that nothing was dirty or damaged he decided to fine us with 50 euros. so he only gave back half of the security deposit.

Ambiente war beeindruckend, jedoch Bedienung der Lichtanlage nicht immer selbsterklärend.

Gastgeber verlangt 100 SFR Kaution, diese wurde leider komplett einbehalten. Nachträgliche Kommunikation wurde abgebrochen.

Total nette Vermieter , stets hilfsbereit und ansprechbar. Dieser Urlaub war die Perfekte Muschung aus Sigthseeing und abendlucher Entspannung.

Unterkunft gut, Vermieter schlecht, kassiert Kaution und zahlt nicht zurück

Kurz vor Anreise musste man eine Kaution über 100 € machen, die ich bis heute nicht wieder zurück erhalten habe, obwohl der Vermieter es mehrmals angekündigt hatte. Aus dem Grund, kann ich die Unterkunft nicht empfehlen

Kaution nie zurück erhalten, auf Nachfrag keine Antwort

Heute ist es exakt 2 Monate her seit meinem Aufenthalt und ich habe meine 100 € Kaution bisher noch nicht zurück bekommen. Auf Anfragen wird nicht reagiert und auch das Einschalten von Booking .com war bisher erfolglos. Wer hier bucht zahlt nicht nur den vereinbarten Preis, sondern noch 100 € oben drauf und das ist die Wohnung wirklich nicht wert!
