Big room with good lighting and anything you'd need (towels, water, books, etc).
The bedsheets were extremely rough and scratchy (felt like sleeping on dry, crusty towels), and common area shared bathrooms . Also, we were awoken by yelling (I think it was the property owner kicking someone off the property), and we could hear the conversations from the other rooms very well.
