Good for a short stay for two people or a solo week, wouldn't recommend for anything longer.
The location is fantastic—super central, and you truly can't do any better.
The price is very good
The host was responsive: One day, the hot water stopped working around 6:00 p.m., but they replied to my message even after their official office hours and had it fixed the next day by about 11:00 a.m.
The cleaning lady was incredibly nice. After a week, I ran into her, and she kindly let me borrow the vacuum cleaner and allowed me to exchange my old sheets and towels for fresh ones.
The apartment was clean overall, and when I asked the host for extra towels, they provided them without hesitation.
The kitchen is well-equipped with all the basics you could need.
The only storage space for clothing is a small cupboard with three drawers, where you can barely fit anything, and a rack with just two hangers. As a result, you'll likely end up leaving clothes scattered around the apartment for the entire stay if you're there for more than a few days.
The en-suite bathroom attached to the bedroom lacks both ventilation and a window. While you can prop open the door to the bedroom for some airflow, the bedroom window sits on a sloping roof, making it impossible to open during rain.
Internet access is unreliable and spotty—likely due to a faulty router. The issue isn't bandwidth limitations but rather that the connection drops out intermittently, making it adequate for light tasks like browsing or emailing, but not dependable for video calls or anything requiring consistent connectivity.
Communication from the host could have been better: One day, I received an email at 10:55 a.m. announcing that a city inspector would arrive at 11:00 a.m. Since I didn't check my inbox in those five minutes, I was caught completely off guard when the inspector showed up unexpectedly—right as my wife was ill in bed and our clothing scattered everywhere.

Leider das Dachfenster. Was die Eigentümer nichts dafür konnten, aber leider sehr unpraktisch wenn man lüften möchte bei Regen.

Absolut unverantwortliche Kundenbetreuung!
Grundsätzlich wäre das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis des Appartments in Ordnung. Es ist ruhig, sauber, recht klein aber das Allernötigste ist vorhaden.
Die Kommunikation war bereits im Vorfeld äußerst mangelhaft. Ich bekam zwar ein Mail mit dem Code für die Schlüsselbox des Appartements, nicht aber für die Haustür. Bei Nachfrage bekam ich keine Antwort, also nahm ich an, dass das Haus jederzeit offfen steht, was am Anreisetag auch stimmte. Da meine Tochter erst am darauf folgenden Tag zu einem Zeitpunkt anreiste, an dem ich nicht vor Ort war, hatte ich ebenfalls nachgefragt, ob es möglich sei, den Schlüssel wiederholt mit demselben Code in der Schlüsselbox zu deponieren und ich das so machen könne, damit meine Tochter gegebenenfalls auch alleine ins Appartement gelangen könnte. - Keine Antwort. Ich probierte also aus, ob es möglich ist, den Schlüssel nochmals in der Box zu deponieren und wieder zu öffnen und nahm an, dass die Haustür wieder offen wäre. Da sich meine Tochter verspätete, versuchten wir beide am 2 Tag gemeinsam um 23:30 ins Haus zu gelangen, was nicht möglich war. Auch der Code des Appartements funktionierte bei der Haustür nicht. Die Notfallnummer, die zuvor im Mail angegeben war wurde nach längerem Probieren zwar beantwortet mit dem Hinweis, wir würden zurückgerufen, aber das passierte nicht. Nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen - keine Lösung, kein Code für die Haustüre. Auch über WhatsApp keinerlei Reaktion, weder im Vorfeld unseres Aufenthaltes, noch während unserer Problemsituation. Wir standen mitten in der Nacht bei schlechtem Wetter 2 Stunden im Freien und mussten uns bei mehreren Hotels, die Nachtrezeption hatten durchfragen - die meisten ausgebucht - und uns dann ein Zimmer um 180 Euro für ein paar Stunden nehmen, um nicht auf der Straße übernachten zu müssen.
2. kleines unnötiges Problem: Im Mail in der vorab - Kommunikation war ein falscher Internetzugang angegeben. - nicht schlimm, aber lästig.

Klein, aber fein. Bequeme Betten, Kaffeekapseln vorhanden. Danke fürs Heizen auch im Sommer, war super bei all dem Regen.
Keine Lüftung im Klo, WC sehr eng, nur für kleine Leute gut. Aber das ist eine Kleinigkeit, insgesamt ist das Apartment zu empfehlen.

Die Lage ist super und die Unterkunft ist einfach zu finden und sieht wie auf den Bildern aus.
Leider roch es beim betreten des Zimmer nach kalten Zigarettenrauch.

Ich hatte zumindest einen sehr guten Preis
ein paar Dinge muss ich bemängeln:
- kein Föhn
- keine Seife
- kein Duschgel
- keine Ablagemöglichkeit für abgewaschenes Geschirr oder noch besser wär ne Spülmaschine
- Leute über 1,90m können das Klo kaum benutzen, da der Platz zum Heizkörper minimal ist
- Das Doppelbett ist sehr schmal, keine 1,60m

Prawie dobrze
Dobra lokalizacja, blisko centrum, sklepy, restauracje, kościół, rzeka. Wygodny salonik z nieźle wyposażonym aneksem kuchennym. Wygodne duże łóżko w sypialni. Duży telewizor.
Obiekt nie oferuje miejsc parkingowych przynależnych do obiektu oraz WiFi. To by podniosło jego atrakcyjność. Brak zmywarki w apartamencie, mimo tego, że w opisie obiektu jest wymieniona w wyposażeniu. Nam to nie przeszkadzało, bo nie gotowaliśmy posiłków dla innych to może być niemiłe zaskoczenie. Brak zasłony w oknie w saloniku. Brak szafy na ubrania. Mała komoda i wieszak na ubrania w sypialni, to wystarczy na krótki 2-3 dniowy pobyt ale na dłużej trochę mało. Mała łazienka z malutką kabiną prysznicową. Do tego skosy. Osoby o ponad przeciętnych gabarytach powinny poszukać innego apartamentu.

tolle Lage, sehr sauber, einfacher Check-in (kontaktlos, aber bei Bedarf sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite Kontaktpersonen am Telefon)
man fühlt sich hier sehr wohl!
hätte mir WLAN gewünscht und erwartet, ist mittlerweile so Standard dass ich bei der Buchung nicht darauf geachtet habe.
Die Kaffeekapseln sind lieb gemeint, passen aber nicht für die Maschine :) (werden nicht zerstochen, es kommt kein Kaffee raus)

Von außen unscheinbar, jedoch von Innen sehr sauber und wie neu renoviert.
Klein aber fein, es war alles da war wir brauchten. Lage zudem TOP!
Bad ist etwas klein und wenn man groß ist steht man mit den Beinen am Heizkörper an.
Fernsehen konnte man nur über Youtube oder Netfilx (falls eigener Account vorhanden), da mit Sattelit kein Signal zu empfangen war.
