Eigen parkeerplaats. Comfortabele bank. Fles wijn en koekjes als welkomstgeschenk. Eigen berging beschikbaar, bijv. voor een fiets. Aardige eigenaar. Redelijk mooi uitzicht. Tuin met terras.
Je moet even rijden om er te komen. Geen voorzieningen in de buurt m.u.v. een bushalte voor de deur. Appartement ligt langs een vrij smalle weg die desondanks tamelijk druk is. Met raam open is dat erg goed te horen, al zie je er gelukkig niks van. Gordijnen zijn niet breed genoeg om het hele raam af te schermen. Alternatief is het rolluik gebruiken. De oven is nogal primitief. Je moet bijv. zelf de tijd bijhouden. Magnetron ontbreekt. Waterkoker wordt aan de buitenkant gloeiend heet.

Top Lage um von dort Radtouren in den Bregenzer Wald zu starten (besonders Rennrad/Gravelbike), perfekte Ausstattung, es wird an alles gedacht, ob Küche, Bad, alles top, freundlicher Empfang, sehr unkompliziert, auch Ausflüge Richtung Bodensee sind gut möglich, auch Wanderungen. Zum Einkaufen ca. 4 Kilometer, alles gut erreichbar.
da gibt es nichts zu Ändern, es wirkt alles sehr durchdacht von dem Angebot/ Ausstattung, selbst für schlechtes Wetter gab es Bücher oder Spiele.
