This hotel does not accommodate you, even though you paid them through booking.com. They say it’s booking.coms fault. I
I booked and payed, got the booking confirmation. Arrived at the proper time. A renter answered the door. She said sorry I can’t let you in, the owner is not here. Then the owner arrives 10 minutes later and says: sorry, we haven’t been in business with booking.com for months but they keep sending us clients. Not our fault. We cancelled the contract with them. They are responsible for your situation, talk to them!
They offer a hotel room, take your payment, but seem to be out of business. Very unreliable.

Awful customer service. I booked the accommodation + paid then an hour later received a message saying ‘You can’t stay we’re fully booked’ but not a refund or cancellation. When I had replied back to the confusing message I was met with an aggressive message saying the same thing (that there was no room for me) in capital letters. We’re now 4 days after my intended stay and still no refund or even reply. Whats worse is when I was looking for different accommodation (as wasn’t going to waste my time turning up to this hotel when there wasn’t even my room that I paid for) I saw this place stil up on AirBnB! Clearly no orginisation with this place. I have now had to spend ever more time taking it up with Booking.com since the place hasn’t mentioned a refund once. What a joke.

Klumpige Kopfkissen die nach Schweiss gestunken haben , alte Pizza im Kühlschrank und kalt. Die Liegen mitten im Raum auch merkwürdig. Für die Ausstattung am A...der Welt viel zu teuer.
