The Upper Engadine (St. Moritz-Pontresina), Valtellina (wine production), Livigno (duty-free zone) and the Bernina Railway UNESCO are all within easy reach. Countless hiking trails that lead you into unspoilt nature start right on your doorstep. - Self-catering with a clear conscience: Our Maiensäss is powered exclusively by solar energy. The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and the WLAN ensures a connection to the outside world. Your personal retreat: Imagine sitting on your private terrace and watching the sunrise or the evening atmosphere over the mountains. The fresh mountain air fills your lungs and the birdsong surrounds you. In our Maiensäss you will find pure peace and relaxation. Facilities: - Completely renovated: The house was extensively modernised at the end of 2024 and shines in new splendour. From the modern kitchen and cosy bedrooms to the spacious bathroom - you'll find everything you need for a comfortable stay. - Sustainable and energy-efficient: thanks to a powerful integrated solar system (17.6 kWp) on the roof, you are independent of the public electricity grid. The stored energy (42 kWh) reliably supplies the house with electricity. Should there ever be a shortage, an emergency generator is available. - Electric car charging station: E-car drivers also get their money's worth with us. Charge your vehicle directly at the hotel and enjoy the benefits of electromobility. Please note that charging (type 2) is only possible when the sun is shining and up to a maximum output of 11 kW. - The house is not completely fenced in and the outdoor area is partly video-monitored. Further features: - Three cosy bedrooms: Each bedroom has its own wood-burning stove for cosy warmth on cold days. - Spacious living areas: The bright living area with fireplace invites you to linger. If there is a lot of snow, the car must be parked on the main road (parking facilities are available, footpath approx. 100 m to the house). - On foot: For nature lovers, an approx. 25-minute hike from Poschiavo is ideal.
