We stayed in July 2025 and had an outstanding experience. The property is immaculate, with well-maintained rooms that are thoughtfully designed and equipped with high-quality amenities and attention to detail. The location is excellent—centrally situated and within easy walking distance of key attractions. The atmosphere is serene and ideal for relaxation—an excellent escape from the noise and stress of everyday life. Both the accommodation and the level of service exceeded our expectations. This stay truly deserves a 10 out of 10. Highly recommended.

Fantastic start on our journey on the Bernina express

Everything we needed as a family of 7 was right there in the apartment! Location is superb! And the apartment is modern, spacious and has little touches such as water, candy, extra towels and a cute little balcony. It was the perfect rest before our train ride to Switzerland. And the host is great and responsive to anything that we needed

A challenging walk-up, but a great apartment to which we would gladly return.

An excellent apartment for two couples: clean and comfortable, nice views from balconies on both sides, well-furnished and decorated--all at a very good price.

I would suggest that guests be advised in advance whether the offered apartment is on the upper floor. Three flights of stairs to the apartment and another to the bedrooms was a challenge to my 87 year-old legs.

There aren't enough sockets in the kitchen, and you need to specify if you want both beds made up, I went with my dad, so we made one up ourselves. Not a big issues, just something to note.

Comfortable sleep and could not ask for a nice host! Highly recommended

The only cons is it is on the 3rd floor. We had big luggages since we overpacked. But we found out, there is a luggage storage in the train station, I strongly suggest keep some luggages there and bring only necessities for your stay.

We left early didn’t have breakfast. Apartment was excellent, we cooked a meal, every thing we needed was supplied.

Lugging suitcases up 3 flights of stairs wasn’t fun, but not the apartments fault.

Appartamento molto grazioso, spazioso, dotato di tutti i comfort. Posizione centralissima, a soli 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione dei treni. Parcheggio pubblico per le auto molto grande e vicinissimo all'appartamento.

Appartamento adatto a gruppi/famiglie di massimo 4/5 persone. Noi eravamo in 6 e ci siamo fermati solamente una notte, ma il divano-letto non si presta a soggiorni più lunghi.

Olimme 4 henkilön perheenä matkalla (aikuiset lapset), ja oli mahtavaa kun huoneistossa oli 2 makuuhuonetta ja hyvät sängyt kaikille. Pussilakanat oli plussaa! Huoneisto oli kauniisti sisustettu ja kaikinpuolin siisti ja toimiva. Harmi kun oli aikaa viipyä vain yhden yön, olisimme viihtyneet kauemminkin.

Liikenteen melu ei kuulunut, mutta hieman ehkä kuului ääniä viereisistä asunnoista vaikkei se oikeastaan meitä häirinnyt.

Un po’ di schiamazzi probabilmente proveniente dal bar/ristorante sotto al l’appartamento e campane che suonano alle 7 e 8 del mattino. Una nota se vogliamo chiamarla negativa è la presenza del bagno al piano terra, mentre le camere al piano superiore.

Casa toda moderna, muito bem decorada (deu vontade de ficar morando lá!). Anfitrião note 1000! Super atencioso, sempre de prontidão a atender e com equipe 100% disponível para caso precisássemos. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser schönen Wohnung auf zwei Etagen. Die Einrichtung ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet, was eine warme und einladende Atmosphäre schafft. Die Zimmer sind grosszügig und bieten viel Platz zum Wohlfühlen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das moderne, saubere Badezimmer mit einer stilvollen Dusche – hier wurde wirklich auf Qualität geachtet. Alles in allem eine perfekte Unterkunft, die wir sehr empfehlen können!
