Beautiful, tasteful and clean property with great location and stunning views!

The location was beautiful. The accomodation itself was decorated very nicely (looks just like the photos). So tasteful. It was very clean and pretty with amazing views. Everything essential was supplied (including laundry detergent). The host was very attentive to detail and also checked in via message to see if we needed anything during our stay which was very considerate.

The building didn’t have a lift and the penthouse was at the very top. It was difficult to carry heavy luggage to the top.

Excellent despite a difficult end to our stay in Tirano.

Great stay. Accommodation was very comfortable and spotless. Location couldn't be better. Communication was very prompt.

Unfortunately a national train strike left us stranded in Tirano on the day of our departure. Transport plans had been communicated in advance so prior warning regarding this strike would have been very helpful in order for us to make alternative arrangements. Apartment is not suitable for guests with mobility issues.

Very nice apartment in historic part of town, close to restaurants and shops. Bedrooms were comfortable; one with very nice views of the Alps. Good kitchen with roomy table.

The view from the windows is absolutely stunning! The flat was clean and tidy.

The flat is at the top floor of the building with no lift so it was difficult for my dad to access (it should be specified that there are many stairs and no elevator for people with limited mobility).

No AC. They did not place sheets on all the beds. We were 2 travelers and specifically booked multi bedroom lodging to have separate rooms and they assumed that we wanted to share a bed and did not make the beds for other 2 rooms. I’ve traveled extensively and never had a rental NOT prep all the rooms. It translated as laziness not efficient.

Excellent location and communication from the host prior to our arrival. The apartment is great & just what we needed & at a great price. Easy to get keys and the cleaner was waiting for us to leave at 10am the following morning so we didn't bother with locking up.

Only small negatives to note: There is no comfortable space to relax as a group - no sofa or seating area - just the kitchen table, which we made work as we were only there one night. A little maintenance would tidy up areas of the apartment that have obviously been broken by previous guests, whilst they were small and it didn't affect our stay, the attention to detail is important.

Tolle Lage und wundervoller Ausblick

Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber hat hervorragend funktioniert. Auch hat er während unseres Aufenthalts gefragt, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Das Penthouse hat eine wundervolle Lage in der Altstadt mit Bergblick von der Terrasse aus. Es war einfach sehr gemütlich dort und wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Auch war die Schlüsselübergabe sehr unkompliziert, man bekommt kurz zuvor eine Nachricht mit dem Pin für den Schlüsselsafe. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

desayuno no procede para mi contrato. Ubicación bien ; la sorpresa fue los 2,5 pisos con escalera estrecha al final, que hay que subir a pie con las maletas.

1- Las escaleras que hay que subir con el equipaje a pie ( Detalle que no se menciona en la reseña de características) 2- No hay un microondas, lo cual obliga a utilizar para cualquier mínima cosa a calentar, el fuego de encimera. 3-No hay TV. 4.- El alojamiento para 8 personas solo dispone de un WC. 5.- para 8 personas 7 sillas. 6.- A una silla se le desencajó una pata y la persona se cayó al suelo. 7.- Los armarios para las ropas con poco servicio.

Tolle Wohnung, aber Achtung - nachts extrem laut!

Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und top organisiert. Die Wohnung war sehr ansprechend und hochwertig eingerichtet und alles Benötigte stand zur Verfügung. Besonders toll war der kleine Balkon mit Blick über die Altstadt und auf die Berge. Tagsüber ist die Lage mitten in der Altstadt mit Blick über die Dächer der Stadt auch sehr ansprechend, nachts ist sie leider problematisch (siehe unten).

Das einzige negative - wofür der Gastgeber wirklich nichts kann - war die Lage der Wohnung in den Abendstunden. Unterhalb der Wohnung befindet sich ein Restaurant und eine Vinoteria. In der Vinoteria war bis um 01:30 Uhr nachts laute Musik und Lärm auf der Strasse. Schlafen war somit leider unmöglich, bis der Laden endlich geschlossen hat. An Wochenenden im Sommer sollte man diese Wohnung daher nur mit Bedacht wählen.
