Poca disponibilità di parcheggio, soprattutto nei weekend

Appartamento bellissimo, moderno, molto pulito e curato nei minimi dettagli. Gli ambienti sono accoglienti e ben organizzati, ci si sente subito come a casa. La posizione è perfetta per chi cerca tranquillità e relax immerso nelle montagne. Ottima anche la comunicazione con il proprietario.

L’unico piccolo aspetto migliorabile è l’assenza di un parcheggio privato: durante il weekend trovare posto in paese non è stato semplicissimo, mentre nei giorni feriali non abbiamo avuto problemi. Avremmo inoltre apprezzato la presenza di carta da cucina o tovaglioli.

Appartamento bellissimo. Non troppo grande ma molto accogliente e, soprattutto, dotato davvero di ogni confort. Ha una stanza con letto matrimoniale e una stanza con due letti singoli, per eventi figli. Primolo è molto piccolo ma la casa è letteralmente in centro. Appena siamo arrivati, abbiamo trovato la casa in condizioni a dir poco perfette, pulitissima e profumata. Intorno c'è una pace indescrivibile, luogo davvero silenzioso e ideale per un weekend (o più giorni) di relax totale. Il sig. Maurizio è stato gentilissimo, presente anche in chat e via mail quindi questa cosa l'abbiamo decisamente apprezzata. Consiglio vivamente questo appartamento a tutti!

The « Bucaneve » apartment is comfortable with modern equipment. It is in a village with a great view on the mountains “from the living room”. But its description is incomplete or misleading. For your information, I obtained a 20% credit because of the following details you do not want to discover when you arrive in the apartment.

A room with no window and limited intimacy Indeed, there is no window in the second room contrary to what is stated in the apartment description in French “Appartement 2 chambres avec vue sur la montagne ». This room has also no doors, and the wall has a 2-meter void making beds visible from the living room. So, there is no intimacy in this room. Free public parking at proximity with limited slots and forbidden in August The free parking area mentioned in the announcement contains a very few public slots that are not guaranteed. The 3-minute walk distance to get to the apartment contains 50 stairs and a portion of grass that is slippery and muddy when it rains. These parking slots were not available from the 31st of July to 24th of August 2026 due to local regulations. Another free parking area exists in the village but is located at a 15-minute walk distance, which does not reflect the word “proximity” used in the announcement. Patio The description also says there is a patio, but there is none associated to the apartment. Terrace The site is using the other apartment description to present both apartments. The other apartment has a terrace, but the “Bucaneve” apartment does not. It is easy to get confused, so pay attention to the full description details before booking.
