With its location in the village centre and right on the edge of the forest, Rustico Casa Studer offers a beautiful view of the roofs of the village and the valley and is an ideal starting point for many leisure activities. Hiking trails lead along the Maggia Valley in the immediate vicinity of the house. The beaches of the Maggia, which are within walking distance, as well as a picturesque waterfall about 500 metres from the house, are ideal for swimming in summer. On rainy days, an efficient infrared heater and the fireplace in the living room help to create an exceptionally cosy atmosphere. The shopping centre in Maggia, bank, pharmacy, post office, bakery, Coop, Migros, Denner, are five minutes away by car, the Vallemaggia bus stop 315 can be reached on foot in approx. 20 minutes, Locarno and Ascona are approx. 12 km away.
