Upon request, the bedroom on the ground floor can be converted into a bedroom for guests with mobility needs with a single mattress of 0.80x2.00. The bathroom on the same floor is already prepared for those guests, Last but not least, a pool lift can be added upon request at the swimming pool. Outdoor facilities The spacious outdoor area offers panoramic sea views to the early sunrises, offering them beautiful sunsets too. Enjoy the sun and a good book under the sun! Don’t forget that a secure parking area is provided outside the villa. Transportation services and private chefs can be arranged at an additional cost for a fully tailored wellness experience. ***Heated Pool Policy The swimming pool can be heated from March till the end of May and from 15th September till the end of November, upon request free of charge by a Pool Heat Pump at about 26 - 27°C depending on weather conditions. We request three days' advance notice for this facility. (Kindly be informed that the heated pool feature is not available during the summer months due to naturally high ambient temperatures.) From 2024 there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is fifteen euros per night from April to October and four euros per night from November to March.
