Indoor facilities Villa Galatia, built on two floors, is close to perfection and comfort. The interior decoration and furnishing are combined with modern stone creating an elegant and cozy atmosphere. Upon entering the villa from the ground floor an open plan space welcomes you with a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a fireplace, and a dining area. Large windows allow plenty of sunlight to get into. The floor has also a bedroom and two bathrooms, one of them is ensuite. Just a few steps above lead to the four bedrooms with private balconies. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. One bedroom with a double size bed is located on the ground floor with an ensuite bathroom with a shower. The rest bedrooms are located on the first floor two with double-size beds and two with twin-size beds with ensuite bathrooms and a balcony with a sea view. Outdoor facilities The outdoor area is designed to offer relaxing moments during the day and night. The private swimming pool is located in the front of the villa, surrounded by sunbeds to relax and enjoy the Cretan sun. A pergola offers shade in the backyard where you will find a BBQ area with a dining table. An outdoor living room is an ideal place to enjoy the infinite sea view. Heated Pool Policy For new reservations received after 1/8/2025 The swimming pool can be heated from March till the end of May and from 15th September till the end of November, upon request, free of charge by a Pool Heat Pump at about 26 - 27°C depending on weather conditions. We request three days' advance notice for this facility. (Kindly be informed that the heated pool feature is not available during the summer months due to naturally high ambient temperatures.) From 2024 there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is fifteen euros per night from April to October and four euros per night from November to March.
