Everything was perfect. Villa was equipped with all one needs. Very clean and the host Alexandros was always ready to help. Found water, fruits and some food upon our arrival. Lots of restaurants around the area. Falasarna beach only 4 min drive and was beautiful! Very quite, just hearing sheep bells
A squeezer would be helpful next to the pool area as the pool water would get all over the area. Could get very slippery. Electricity wire cable distracted the picturesque view.

We returned to Petras after 2 years and we straight away felt like home, Alexandros the host, welcomed us when we arrived in the evening was there for any question we had during our stay.
The property was extremely clean and spacious, and very well equipped, it is a perfect place to chill and relax, no need to run to the sun beds and put your towel to be the first one. The location is perfect because it is quiet but close to a few excellent restaurants, Kissamos is 15 minutes by car where you can find supermarkets and the Falassarna beach is just a few km away by car.
The view on the sea and the olive trees put a smile on your face as soon as you wake up.
I had talked to Alexandros about a plant I liked in his garden and on the day of our departure a big branch was cut for us ready to be taken home. Thanks again for that :)
We are already planning our next trip there :)

Petras, what a place! We were greeted by Alexandros. Exceptional service and presence when needed throughout our stay. Communication via What´s app, and nothing he couldn't help with. Upon arrival we were given a fruit plate, homemade cake, water and wine. We knew it would be a quiet first week of our holiday - we needed it. The "house" is located in a resort complex, but still very private, sheltered from the communal pool, and no view of the terrace we had. "The house" is one floor with two bedrooms with attached bathrooms, and a living room and kitchen in the middle. Sliding doors from both bedrooms and the living room onto a large terrace with swimming pool, sofa group, sun loungers, grill, and great views of the sea and Falassarna beach. Stylish design (white/wood), great furniture inside and out, good facilities (washing machine, drying rack, coffee machine, toaster, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, well-equipped kitchen), super clean, cleaning 3 times in one week, quiet and peaceful. We didn't have a car during our stay, but Alexandros arranged a rental car for us for 3 days upon request. It was good to have a few days to get to the shops, some beaches and restaurants a little further up the hill. The only thing missing were yoga mats! But I'm sure Alexandros would have fixed that too if we had asked.

Unser Aufenthalt war rundum perfekt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den herzlichen Empfang durch die Gastgeber, den traumhaften Pool und die atemberaubende Aussicht. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Die Villa können wir uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen – einfach tipptopp!
