Periwinkle House Casa Pervinca is located in Chiavari, in the centre of the Tigullio Gulf. It is a two-room apartment with an independent entrance, located in a quiet and characteristic neighbourhood of old fishermen's houses. The location is strategic as it is 100 metres from the free and equipped beaches, and from the famous seaside promenade, but within a 10-minute walk you can reach the town centre and the railway station to visit the famous nearby resorts such as the 5 Terre, Sestri Levante, Rapallo, Santa Margherita Ligure, Portofino, Camogli , San Fruttuoso and Genoa. Casa Pervinca has its own fenced courtyard, equipped with a table, chairs and sun umbrella (approx. 20 sqm), which can be used by guests, who can lunch or dine outside. Adjacent to the house there is a covered garage for a fee. The accommodation has a separate entrance, and is situated on the ground floor. It consists of a modern living room with a very comfortable double sofa bed, a small bookcase, satellite and digital TV; a kitchenette with oven, stove, microwave, pots and pans, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, and washing machine. The bathroom has a large shower, a bidet and an 'ante-bathroom. The bedroom has a French double bed, a spacious wardrobe with sliding doors and two internal drawers. There is also a small pantry.
