Nightmare
The stay in Sogno di Giorgio was one absolutely tragic. Out of 6 nights we were planning on staying, we only were there two. We arrived there in a late afternoon. First impression was quite positive of the owner, she was very helpful until problems appeared. The parking spot was extremely tiny and the bathroom can’t be used by a person who is taller than 180 cm. We received to the gas stoves, not working lighters. The sofa in the living room was dirty, the bed in a sleeping room is very uncomfortable and made a noice with every move. But the real problem appeared the next day. Among us, there was one person who is oncologically sick and she woke up with swollen eyes. We didn’t know at first what cause it. But then we started looking around the apartment and we found a mold in every room. When we arrived the windows were widely open and there some spray used. Then we understood why and we knew what caused the reaction. We immediately contacted Booking asking what we could do in this situation. The Booking contacted the owner and since then situation only escalated. The owner got angry that we contacted Booking, and she denied all the problems (even though she received all the pictures showing the mold). We try to negotiate with her. At first she said she would come after 3 then she said she wouldn’t come at all. She only communicated with us via messages (she lives in an apartment above in the same building). We repeated our request to have a conversation with us multiple times, she replied to us ‘do what you want’. We were very upset and already tired, we went out for the dinner. When we came back to the apartment to realize that out of two fans, there was one only one left. The owner entered the apartment, without letting us know, claiming that in the contract stays that we could only have one fan in the apartment. That was complete violation of our privacy and safety. We went upstairs and tried to have a discussion again. No reply.

Appartamento al primo piano, carino e ben tenuto. All’arrivo vengono forniti asciugamani e biancheria pulita. Le camere sono spaziose. Posizione comodissima e possibilità di parcheggio privato adiacente alla struttura. Proprietaria molto gentile.
Purtroppo nel periodo estivo l’assenza di aria condizionata e ventilatori è un fattore negativo che non può essere sottovalutato. Tenendo le finestre aperte passa un po’ d’aria, ma di conseguenza i rumori provenienti dalla strada risultano piuttosto fastidiosi.
Altra piccola nota negativa è il bagno che risulta veramente molto angusto.
