Bellissimo appartamento vicinissimo al mare e al centro. Se non fosse per il treno e per i mobili un po’ datati sarebbe

Posizione splendida, ampio e molto accogliente. C’è tutto quello che serve per passare qualche giorno di relax. La vista dalla veranda è bellissima.

Il treno sotto al terrazzo ed alla camera matrimoniale purtroppo si sente, ma con le finestre chiuse va meglio.

Tolle Wohnung, aber extrem dreckig

Die Wohnung ist eigentlich wirklich toll, sehr schön eingerichtet, ein Wowerlebnis beim Eintereten.

Leider ist die Wohnung extrem schmutzig. Als wäre sie schon sehr lange nicht mehr gereinigt worden. Bad, Küche, Fussböden, Terasse, wirklich ekelhaft. Essensreste, Fruchtmücken, Haare, Spinnweben, (wahrscheinlich)Hundekot. So etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt.

La posizione a 5 minuti dal mare, nelle vicinanze c’era un parco giochi, un Carrefour market, tabacchino, panetteria. Tutto molto comodo.

Ganz große Klasse

Lage, die tolle Aussicht, Balkon, Nähe zum Strand und in die Altstadt. Besonders beeindruckend: der Vermieter war immer sehr gut erreichbar und hat sich prompt und sehr zufriedenstellend um die Anliegen gekümmert.

Appartement spacieux et très bien situé

L'emplacement pour rejoindre la gare de Chiavari et les Cinque Terre en train est exceptionnel. La vue mer est aussi très agréable, tout autant que la vue sur la ville. L'appartement est près des restaurants et commerces. Nous étions 7 à voyager et l'espace était clairement suffisant !

Le point moins agréable a été la gestion des couverts pour 7, il n'y avait pas assez de petites cuillères par exemple. Mais vraiment rien de problématique.

Bel emplacement et bel appartement mais vraiment pas propre, dommage

Bel appartement, L'emplacement est super.

Cuisine et salle de bain à revoir pour la propreté, plat dans le four sale...... beaucoup de poussière.... Et pour les personnes qui restent une semaine ou plus les prévenir que les rails de chemin de fer sont en bas de l'immeuble !!!
