Came for the 2nd time, after being extremely happy the first time. And, glad to find that Johanna added an iron to the flat facilities - now truly nothing is missing! Perfect stay, highly recommended. Hope I can find a slot when I want to come next time ;)

When I am looking for a holiday flat, I pay most attention to read how the people managing the property were. To me, the details of the flat, while important, are not what decides whether I will enjoy my stay or not. It's the attitude of the people managing the property that makes or breaks it for me. This is the case where, while the property met our every expectation, it's the hosts that really charmed us. Johanna came to the property to meet us and to show us around. She also asked when we were planning to check out and came to say good bye and take the keys. She provided local advice and info, and in general was very helpful and cheerful. Very pleased with our choice. Parking right next to the flat and off street, a lovely garden with a gazebo to have a drink in the evening, 10-15 min walk to all the city attractions and the sea. Would gladly come again and highly recommend.

accoglienza disponibile, flessibile e gentilissima. appartamento al piano terra di una villa signorile in posizione magnifica. arredamento curato. dotazioni cucina e bagno ottime. pulizia perfetta.

große geräumige Wohnung, geschmackvoll eingerichtet. 2 Schlafzimmer mit bequemen Betten und einer Auswahl von Kissen. Zusätzlich zu Bad noch ein separates WC, Waschmaschine. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, Geschirr, Besteck, Töpfe, Pfannen alles mehr als genügend vorhanden, Geschirrspüler. Schöner Garten. privater Parkplatz direkt neben dem Haus (wir konnten mit unseren VW Bus gut parken) auf dem durch ein Tor abgesperrtem Grundstück. Meer/Strand, Supermarkt, Bäckerei etc fußläufig zu erreichen. Johanna, die Vermieterin, ist sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit :))

Tutto. Casa molto grazie e bella con parcheggio privato che è stato un plus! La spiaggia dista 10/15 minuti a piedi.

Da Jo is een ruim en modern ingericht appartement, gelegen op de begane grond van een prachtige statige villa. Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien. Extra fijn is dat de auto op het afgesloten prive terrein direct naast de villa kan worden geparkeerd. Ligging is ideaal. Rustig en slechts 600 m lopen van het zeer gezellige centrum van Chiavari.

De woonkamer had iets sfeervoller ingericht kunnen zijn.

Appartement spacieux, trés calme et totalement rénové dans une superbe résidence. Idéalement placé à 5min à pieds des commerces et 10min du centre ville et de la mer. Le parking privé est également apprécié tout comme le jardin extérieur. Johanna est également très gentille et très accessible pour toutes questions. A refaire sans aucune hésitation !
