the place us architecturally beautiful and you feel like you’re living in an italian villa. ver close to creuze, castle and botanical gardens. cool and airy. fruit trees and vines growing on property. pergola for evening aperitivi and amazing sunsets. hill we walked to the property gets you in shape fast. really close to the daily markets - downhill after waking. 3 rooms and easily accommodated 5 of us. Family renting to us was very sweet. we forgot to ask for a 2nd set of keys but they’re close by and gave them quickly. everyone we met in or near the building was very nice.

I am reluctant to say anything bad about this place because we became acclimated or adjusted our behavior but I’ll list here for others. we went early June. I advise keeping shutters closed but doors open. you will get a lovely breeze and minimize mosquitoes. the town bells start around 7:30. I doubt there is any part of Chiavari where you won’t hear them. I think there was one day when we heard kids running around upstairs - there is a school here. we enjoyed it but if you don’t enjoy the sound of happy kids maybe it’s not for you

große geräumige Wohnung, geschmackvoll eingerichtet. 2 Schlafzimmer mit bequemen Betten und einer Auswahl von Kissen. Zusätzlich zu Bad noch ein separates WC, Waschmaschine. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, Geschirr, Besteck, Töpfe, Pfannen alles mehr als genügend vorhanden, Geschirrspüler. Schöner Garten. privater Parkplatz direkt neben dem Haus (wir konnten mit unseren VW Bus gut parken) auf dem durch ein Tor abgesperrtem Grundstück. Meer/Strand, Supermarkt, Bäckerei etc fußläufig zu erreichen. Johanna, die Vermieterin, ist sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit :))

Came for the 2nd time, after being extremely happy the first time. And, glad to find that Johanna added an iron to the flat facilities - now truly nothing is missing! Perfect stay, highly recommended. Hope I can find a slot when I want to come next time ;)
