The house is ideal if you want to spend some time in peace and quiet surrounded by nature. It is located in a valley, next to the lively stream Hotenjka surrounded with pastures and woods. To the west, there is a view of some of the highest peaks of the Julian Alps. Outside there is a terrace overlooking the stream Hotenjka and a fruit orchard. The location is ideal for mountain biking. You can also go hiking; a few-minute-drive away is the Idrijca river where you can find numerous fishing and swimming spots. There is also a chance of organized hunting with the local hunting association. The house is built in a typical (Idrija-Cerkno) style on the foundations of over a 100-year-old mill’s homestead. The modern furnished interior is divided into four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen and a living room with a dining room. For adventure enthusiasts there are several possibilities for water sports and paragliding. In the winter you can visit a nearby Cerkno ski resort.
