The host, the location, and the apartment—both inside and out—were excellent and exactly as described. Shops and restaurants were conveniently nearby, while Lake Bohinj was only a 10-minute drive away and Bled could be reached in about 20 minutes by car. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, with beautiful hiking trails in the area and a relaxing holiday surrounded by nature.

Good self contained apartment downstairs from the owner who was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. She welcomed us with Schnapps & stories of Slovenia on our arrival, and happily let us leave our bikes and bags as long as we wanted after we’d checked out
Corner shower and basin are small -wasn’t a problem for us

The apartment is located in the center of Bohinjska Bistrica but it was still quiet with the balcony facing towards the garden and the mountains. Bike rental possibility, bakery, grocery and confectionery are all within short walking distance. The host lady was very welcoming and helpful.
The shower area was a bit of short for me. Apart from that, the bathroom was fine.
