The parking space is in the immediate vicinity, the main services are 50 metres away, the path leading to the lakefront is only a few steps away, and in a few minutes you can reach Riva di Solto, with its pharmacy, post office, bank, and several bars and typical restaurants for tasting lake fish. The flat is perfect for a stay that combines the desire to experience the lake with the need for maximum relaxation.
Descent to Lake has in its name its strong point: from the bright terrace facing south-east you can contemplate the large garden overlooking the lake and from there in a few steps an easy path leads directly to the lakeside. Being able to admire the contrast between the majesty of the surrounding peaks and the calm of the water, enjoying the medieval town centre and the amenities of Riva di Solto, being able to reach Montisola, the third best European destination in 2019 and the largest lake island in central and southern Europe, in an instant, fills every day of your holidays on Lake Iseo with beauty. The 70 sqm three-room apartment with thermo-autonomous heating has a large living room with suggestive LED lighting and wooden parquet flooring, a state-of-the-art kitchen with gas cooker, microwave and electric oven, American coffee machine with kettle, three-seater linear sofa and ultra flat TV. The property is completed by two fully equipped bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower cubicle with sliding shelves. Just under an hour from Milan, Brescia and Bergamo, Riva di Solto has a medieval heart made up of charming little streets dating back to the 13th century. The boats of the last fishermen moored in the most curious corners and the very old houses furnished in the austere style of industrious villages create the atmosphere of a timeless place. The main square opens up to modern aperitif bars, elegant bistros, typical restaurants and wine bars. From the shore, it is possible to embark on a boat for an unforgettable visit to the lake; on leaving the town in the direction of Lovere, the shoreline turns into an astonishing stretch: the mountain curls in on itself in the Bogn gorge, generating continuous passages under natural arches and curves exposed against the lake. Beyond, you can visit the ancient fishing villages of Montisola, discover the wine cellars of Franciacorta, immerse yourself in nature and be enchanted by Tavernola and Lovere, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy. Within a few minutes' drive are Montecampione, Colere and Monte Pora for hiking and skiing, the Presolana massif for high-altitude hiking, Valcamonica for archaeological tourism with its 300,000 rock engravings, and Boario for spas.
