Modern and stylish hotel with amazing views over Lake Iseo and the mountains. The large terrace was one of the highlights - having breakfast or dinner outside was a really enjoyable experience, especially in good weather. Sitting there in the evening with a glass of wine and enjoying the scenery was fantastic. The heated pool was also a big plus. It is not very large, but even in cooler weather the children still enjoyed swimming. The whole property looks new and well maintained, and the contactless check-in process was convenient. After filling in the online form, we received clear instructions and access codes. Tourist taxes could also be paid online, which made arrival easier.

The hotel looks modern, but there are many small practical issues. Our room on the second floor had access through the terrace door/window instead of a normal entrance door, while the first-floor apartments had proper entrances. It felt strange and not very practical. There is no proper entrance area: nowhere to hang jackets, leave shoes, or organize things after coming inside. The bathroom also has no hooks at all for towels or clothes. The apartment was very cold in May, and we could not control the heating. The kitchen is modern but poorly assembled. The dishwasher hits the kitchen panel every time it is opened, making it feel like something could break. There was also no toilet paper holder in the bathroom, and not enough plates for both breakfast and dinner without constantly washing dishes. The private parking is secure, but entering it is inconvenient because you must stop on the road, walk to the gate keypad, enter the code, wait for the gate to open, and only then drive in. The hotel is also close to a busy road, so you can hear noisy scooters and motorcycles, especially during the evening and night.

Literally everything was perfect. The property is newly furnished, with a fantastic view of the lake. The terrace is huge, and we enjoyed it for the entire week. A car is essential here, but the location is excellent - very convenient for accessing Bergamo or even Milan if you wish, as well as visiting Lake Garda or Lake Como. The owner was very responsive. Definitely a place to return to!

This place is perfect - it is hard to imagine anything better.
