Inside, this two-storey house offers all the comforts you need for an unforgettable stay. On the first floor, you'll find two cosy bedrooms, one with a double bed measuring 1.40m x 1.90m and the other with two single beds measuring 0.90m x 1.90m. Heating is available in all rooms to ensure your comfort in all seasons. The ground floor consists of a spacious living area of approximately 30m2 which incorporates a modern kitchen with mini-oven, cooker, dishwasher, microwave and dining area for four people. Next to the kitchen is a bathroom with shower and a second shower room with WC at the rear of the gite. A lounge with flat-screen TV, sofa, hi-fi and Wi-Fi completes this cosy living space.
Outside, the two carefully furnished terraces invite you to enjoy the sea view while basking in the sun. The 1,000 m2 garden, with free parking on the grass, offers a private play area for pétanque or shuffleboard, an individual plot of land that is fully enclosed and secured by a gate, and a pergola shelter facing the sea, ideal for moments of relaxation.
