Ideally located just steps from Roscoff town centre, you can easily walk everywhere: shops, restaurants and walks are all close by—a real privilege, especially in high season. The apartment also features secure parking.

Situated on the top floor with a lift, it offers a lovely view over the town’s rooftops and a pretty sea view, perfect for relaxation. Upon entry, you’ll find a bright and welcoming living area. The comfortable lounge has Wi-Fi and leads to a spacious, light dining area ideal for convivial meals. The open, well-equipped kitchen flows harmoniously from the living space.

The apartment has two bedrooms: one with a double bed (160 × 200 cm), wardrobe and storage; the other with two single beds (90 × 200 cm) and a chest of drawers. High-quality bedding ensures restful nights.

The simple, spacious shower room has a large shower and a washing machine.

For your comfort, a private parking space with remote access is provided. A shared bike storage area is available to residents. Linen is not provided, but “made beds” can be rented on site for 20 euros for the double bed, 15 euros for single beds, towels included.
