Entirely renovated farmhouse, 450 m from the sandy beaches, in a small, peaceful village near the shops. Closed gravelled courtyard with lawn area. Private indoor swimming pool heated to 28 ° C from April 1 to the end of October and all school holidays. Come and visit the Château du Taureau, anchored in the middle of one of the most beautiful bays in Brittany, faithfully restored, open its doors to you, also discover the Barnenez cairn, the largest megalithic mausoleum in Europe. Take a walk on our many hiking trails. Nearby: Roscoff, a small town with character, its old port. the island of Batz located 15 minutes from roscoff by boat (shuttle available every 15 minutes from June to September). Also come and visit our many castles, churches and calvaries For swimming enthusiasts and sports enthusiasts 14 km of beaches are at your disposal with a center dedicated to sea sports: sand yachting, windsurfing, sea and wave kayaking surfing ... etc. And many other things to see; fishing village, boat trip, Océanopolis in Brest .... bikes at your disposal. An attractive, well equipped traditional house with a great swimming pool. It was a short walk to a small supermarket, an even shorter one to the bakery. The coastline in the area is stunning with many lovely beaches. The helpful hosts were close by yet discreet.

Good, slightly retro French house with space. We appreciated two good bathrooms one with shower and one with a bath. The pool was a great asset and much enjoyed. Fun to be in the village with a baker and small supermarket and hairdresser. Not a place designed only for tourists. You needed to commute a few minutes to eat out. We ate a couple of times at The Dunes in Dossen which was good. We liked Roscoff too; we had a nice meal in the Hotel Arcades. The beaches were lovely and very uncrowded.Some were dog friendly. The area is very interesting because of its commercial focus on growing vegetables, something we need to do more of in England. We had a very nice time.

We had a lovely stay here. The swimming pool is the big draw and our children absolutely loved spending time in it over the week. The area is quiet but with the beaches, swimming pool and a few days out, we had a really relaxing stay. The hosts were very friendly and discreet.

I can't recommend this beautiful property enough - it is a perfect holiday home. The pool is AMAZING - such a clever design that works on both hot and cloudy days. The house is beautiful, I don't think the photos do it justice. The kitchen has everything you could need and the bedrooms are huge. The house is near an excellent bakery and very useful supermarket, and is a 10 minute walk from a beautiful beach which is perfect for dog walking. The hosts are just what you'd hope for - very kind and friendly but give you all the privacy you need despite living next door! The area is beautiful and we had some lovely day trips to Roscoff, Ilse de Batz and St Pol de Lyon. Overall, I highly recommend, you won't be disappointed!

Jean-claude and Francoise were next door which was handy, but we had no problems so did not need them for anything! The pool was great for the children, and there were lovely beaches within walking distance, and a supermarket and boulangerie in the village. The house was super clean and had everything we needed.

Last minute booking for a birthday celebration with family. Francoise and Jean-Pierre very welcoming and close by if needed. A nice surprise of small gift of cider and Breton biscuits. Everything you needed for holiday time, but a week not long enough. Our private pool was a real hit, especially with our nine month old grandson. Convenient for the small supermarket and even better, the Patisserie which produced the most amazing tart aux framboise for a special birthday! Merci beaucoup.

We have just returned from a week’s stay at this property. The house is lovely, very clean and well maintained. The swimming pool is fantastic, immaculately clean, well equipped and fairly shallow all the way through so it was very safe for our children. Françoise and Jean-Pierre were excellent hosts, welcoming and helpful. We had a wonderful stay and my only complaint is that the week passed too quickly!

Lovely clean cosy house close to the sea. Excellent beaches within a 5 minutes drive. Wonderful swimming pool in immaculate condition and a high standard of cleanliness. Lovely bakery and handy shop close to the house in Santec. The property owners are very helpful and couldn’t do enough to help us to settle.

A very clean, comfortable and welcoming house

We booked before the swimming pool was built so paid a very different rental rate from the current one. Our rate represented very good value. Despite its town centre position, the house and environment was calm and quiet. We loved being just steps away from the excellent bakery and being within walking distance of several wonderful beaches. The owners, who live next door, are a lovely couple - friendly and very helpful.

Francoise Et Jean-Pierre Leroy were very warm and welcoming.The house provided everything we needed, but the pool was by far the accommodation's best asset. It was warm and clean with lots of great inflatables for our children to use. The outdoor space was lovely and we were lucky enough to make the most of it given the nice weather. The little village was very nice with a beautiful church on our doorstep and the patisserie a couple of doors away provided a tasty start to each day. We thoroughly enjoyed our first ever trip to France and aim to return.

We really enjoyed our stay in this comfortable and well equipped house. Conveniently located a short cycle - on quiet roads - from the port of Roscoff (having bikes available was much appreciated). Francoise and Jean-Pierre could not have been more welcoming. We would have no hesitation in returning here.

Le hangar regorge de jeux excellents ! Billard, babyfoot, Ping pong mise à disposition de vélos et planches de surfs ! Sans parler de la piscine chauffée couverte et abritée des uv, parfait pour un séjour en Finistère ! Même notre petit lapin s’est plu dans l’agréable jardin , tout était top !

Woning met alle comfort, goed uitgeruste keuken, voldoende ruimte voor 5 personen. Fietsen aanwezig maar deze kunnen een goed nazicht gebruiken, Kinderen hebben zich goed geamuseerd met de pooltafel. Overdekt zwembad ideaal om ook bij minder weer te kunnen zwemmen. Strand, zee en winkel op wandelafstand. Aangename gastheren, voor herhaling vatbaar.

Agréable maison située au centre du village de Santec avec à proximité boulangerie, superette, pharmacie, bar-tabac . La piscine chauffée à 28° et couverte est très agréable même par mauvais temps . Les plages sont un peu plus loin qu'annoncé (+/-800m) . Gros bémol, lors de notre séjour la baignoire balnéo et la douche hydromassage étaient toutes deux HS

Vriendelijke ontvangst met uitleg en rondleiding in Frans en beetje Engels maar zeer welwillend. Wat lekkers op tafel voor ons als welkom. Zeer gewaardeerd. Ruim huis, bedden al opgemaakt bij aankomst, zwembad heerlijk op temperatuur en ook een kachel aanwezig voor als het te fris zou zijn bij het zwembad. Officieel in okt tot 19 uur 's avonds te gebruiken maar in overleg mocht het altijd later. We wilden meteen een duik nemen en de kinderen haasten zich in zwemkleding. Zoektocht naar handdoeken... Die bleken niet aanwezig, het is ons niet helemaal duidelijk geworden of dit niet geincludeerd was of vergeten maar met 1 telefoontje kregen we een stapel badlakens. Omdat we bij eerdere home away ervaringen wel inclusief handdoeken huurden gingen we er vanuit dat dit ook hier zo zou zijn. Dit zou ik als toekomstige huurder nog wel even checken. Voldoende servies en bestek aanwezig, goede pannen en prima oven, zelfs wat basis voorraad vaatwasser blokjes, afwasmiddel. Naar het strand een kleine 10 minuten lopen. Mooie omgeving om te fietsen, hardlopen. Tv met Nederlandse zenders, voor de kinderen zeker een pre In de omgeving binnen 10 min rijden grote supermarkten. In het dorp klein winkeltje. De bakker was helaas deze week dicht, maar in het café en de supermarkt brood verkrijgbaar. Bedankt voor deze fijne week!

Man merkt dem Häuschen in Santec an, dass es schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Nach freundlicher Begrüßung durch die Tochter des Hauses wurde alles inspiziert: Küche - alles notwendige vorhanden, die Küche selbst deutlich angejahrt. Wohn- und Essbereich ok, die Schlafzimmer im OG ebenfalls sauber, aber teilweise schon arg in die Jahre gekommen (Schränke), Dusche im EG - funktioniert nur teilweise, aber sauber. WC im EG und OG - sauber. Der Whirlpool ist zwar vorhanden, funktionierte aber nicht (Vermieter: tut manchmal, manchmal auch nicht...), Waschmaschine und Trockner vorhanden - beides sehr gut. Der Garten ok, Pool sehr gut (der Boden leider etwas rutschig). Die Vermieter kamen nach ein paar Tagen aus dem Urlaub: beide sehr lieb und hilfsbereit. Umgebung: alles notwendige im Umfeld vorhanden. Klasse Basis für Ausflüge. Insgesamt eine bedingte Empfehlung .. .

La maison est conforme au descriptif.il ne manque rien Vélos à disposition.
