About this house rental
Hello and welcome to Santec!!
We are Corinne and Arnaud Glidic, parents of 3 dolls (Léa, Marion and Anais) and would be delighted to welcome you to one of our houses for the time of a holiday with family or friends.
Both natives of Santec and Roscoff and in love with our beautiful region, we wanted to create places where we could receive you as friends, we tried to do everything to make sure you were well!
This superb house in Le Prat located at 77 impasse des Hirondelles is located on a 1000 m2 plot of land fully enclosed. It is located only 40 meters from the beach of Prat... swimsuits, flip-flops on your feet, towels on your shoulder and see you at the beach in a minute!!
We completely renovated it in 2020-2021.
We have put our heart into it and know that you will have a great holiday there.
You can enjoy the outdoors between aperitif in the sun with games of petanque and yes the house has its own petanque court! games of pool or table football inside and for those who prefer idleness they can relax in the jacuzzi... only happiness!
A games room will delight young and old to relax or watch a movie!
In the house there is also television, wifi.
The house has 3 bedrooms upstairs, a shower room and a bathroom.
There is a separate toilet and a toilet in the shower room.
The kitchen is independent but thanks to its glass roof it opens onto the living room.
We have really taken care of the decoration because we want you to feel at home!
The Maison du Prat is located right next to our house Les Hirondelles (Ad N° AB 2550579 and 500 meters from the villa du Pouldu with indoor swimming pool Ad N° AB 641155)
To access the private parking lot of the house you have to go to rue Theven Prat.
So pack your bags, don't forget the flip-flops and swimsuits and come see us, we look forward to seeing you!!

Beautiful! A fabulous property within a few minutes walk of two stunning beaches. Attractively decorated with very comfortable beds and a beautiful garden. Extremely well equipped with everything you could possibly need even including a games room! Lovely friendly host. Thoroughly recommend.

The property was perfect - spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. Arnaud and Corinne were the perfect hosts and even left some treats for us upon check in which we really appreciated.
The location of the property is great - just a few minutes drive from Roscoff, a few minutes walk from a lovely beach, and a few minutes walk into the village of Santec which has a lovely bakery. The property is peaceful and the hot tub was a lovely bonus. We can’t wait to return.

Das Ferienhaus hält was es verspricht. Der schön gestaltete Aussenbereich, die tolle Ausstattung des Hauses und das liebevolle Willkommenspaket haben uns überzeugt. Arnaud und Corinne sind selbst in der Nähe vor Ort und ausgesprochen herzliche Gastgeber.
Schönen Urlaubsstunden in und am Haus für Groß und Klein steht nichts im Wege. Das Haus liegt absolut strandnah und ist geeignet als Ausgangspunkt für kleine und größere Spaziergänge an der Küste entlang, zum Beispiel zur Ile de Sieck, die bei Ebbe sehr gut erreichbar ist. Mit Dossen befindet sich ein sehr weitläufiger Strand mit Wellengarantie nur 5 Autominuten entfernt.

Wir bedanken uns von ganzem Herzen bei Corinne und Arnaud für diesen wunderbaren Urlaub in Santec.
Bereits der Empfang durch Corinne am Anreisetag war so herzlich, dass wir uns sofort willkommen und vor allem in unserem Urlaub angekommen gefühlt haben.
Alles war so schön vorbereitet für unsere Ankunft, vielen lieben Dank für das tolle Willkommensgeschenk, den Gemüsekorb und all die Lebensmittel im Kühlschrank, damit haben wir wirklich nicht gerechnet.
Das Haus hat eine wunderschöne Lage nur wenige Meter vom Strand & Meer entfernt, alles sehr ruhig und bestens für einen erholsamen und entspannten Urlaub.
Die Einrichtung des Hause ist fantastisch, alles sehr hochwertig und geschmackvoll ausgesucht, es fehlt an nichts, auch die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet und so modern. Alles war sehr, sehr sauber, tolle Bettwäsche, viele schöne Handtücher, bequeme Betten, ein kuscheliges großes Sofa, eine tolle Badewanne, ein komfortabler Wirtschaftsraum mit Waschmaschine und Trockner samt allem benötigten Zubehör.
Wir haben täglich mehrere Partien Billard gespielt, was uns viel Freude bereitet hat, dazwischen dann immer mal wieder in den fantastischen Whirlpool oder zum Sonnen auf eine der Sonnenliegen im Garten.
Der toll angelegte Garten und die große Terrasse mit Grill haben uns ebenfalls bestens gefallen, wir haben uns sogar einige Anregungen für unseren eigenen Garten hier in Deutschland abgeguckt ;-)
Es fehlte uns wirklich an nichts und der Abschied, zu dem sogar Corinne & Arnaud beide extra gekommen sind, fiel uns umso schwerer, wir wären gerne noch länger geblieben.
Aber, der nächste Urlaub kommt bestimmt und wir kommen sicherlich nochmal in dieses Traumhaus.
