Quietly located in Roscoff, set back from the road, with views of the surrounding countryside and 200 meters from the beach:
new house of modern architecture, ground floor, all comfort, including entrance, open kitchen fitted and equipped, dining room and living room. 2 bedrooms with 2 twin beds, 1 master suite (160 cm bed) with bathroom with shower, heated towel rail and toilet, 1 bathroom with bath and heated towel rail. 1 separate WC. Cellar and garage. Wood terrace. Garden and parking spaces. Accepted animals.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem Haus sehr genossen. Es ist sehr modern und gut eingerichtet, es hat an Nichts gefehlt! Die Begrüßung und Verabschiedung durch die Vermieter war sehr nett und freundlich und zur Begrüßung gab es Kekse und Cidre für uns und Leckerchen für den Vierbeiner! Sonderabsprachen konnten getroffen und umgesetzt werden! Das Haus überzeugte auch durch Sauberkeit und extrem bequemen Betten! Die Nähe zum Meer und nach Roscoff sind ideal! Wir hatten eine tolle Woche dort und kommen gerne wieder!

Etant Breton d'origine, je me suis parfaitement retrouver pendant ce séjour. La villa est accueillante, les propriétaires sont adorables et l'emplacement est idéal pour profiter des nombreuses plages est balades à proximité. La ville de Roscoff offre un certain nombre d'activité, possibilité d'y aller à vélo selon l'âge des cyclistes ! Sinon la voiture est nécessaire. Je recommande chaudement cette location, notamment pour les familles avec enfants car tout est adapté notamment le fait que le jardin est clos et sécurisé. Jean Hamon
