Lovely host who not only left a pantry of basics (salt, pepper, sugar, teabags, oils, herbs, etc) but also left a large box of fresh vegetables in the fridge for our arrival and told us to take anything extra from the vegetable garden. Unlimited supply of consumables such as dishwashing tablets and garbage bags. Owner also let us use bicycles when needed. Nice accommodation, although there is no freezer in the small fridge. Accommodation is a close walk to the village, which is terrific for the early morning trip to the bakery! Really nice place to stay.

Gîte très agréable, avec beaucoup de charme. Philippe, le propriétaire nous a réservé un accueil très sympathique, avec de bons conseils sur les balades et visites à faire dans les alentours (île de Batz, jardins exotiques...) et les restaurants de Roscoff qui est une bien jolie ville portuaire.

Maison ancienne entièrement rénovée avec beaucoup de charme et de confort. Très joli jardin. Philippe est très sympathique et donne de très bons conseils. Le centre ville de Roscoff et la plage sont accessibles en quelques minutes de vélo. Nous recommandons!

...mit liebevoll ausgesuchten Möbelstücken, der Vermieter ist überdurchschnittlich hilfsbereit und sehr nett. So haben z. B. super Fahrräder zur Verfügung gestellt bekommen, im Garten durften wir Beeren und frische Kräuter entnehmen. Die Straße nimmt man durch die Mauer optisch nicht wahr - der Verkehr hielt sich in Grenzen.

Déjà le deuxième séjour pour nous cette année cette maison. Toujours aussi idéale pour une famille avec de jeunes enfants : très bien équipée, jardin clos, plages et port accessibles à pied, propriétaire aux petits soins. Nous avons hâte de revenir!

Das modernisierte Haus bietet genug Platz für 1-2 Paare mit Kind(ern). Die Lage erschließt sich erst auf den 2. Blick als recht gut, fußläufig (10-15 Min.) ins Zentrum von Roscoff, in direkter Nähe am Yacht-/Fährhafen und dem Jardin exotique. Das Haus liegt nur durch eine Mauer von einer Straße getrennt, die aber nachcts wenig befahren ist, so dass das kaum stört. Philippe, der Vermieter, wohnt nebenan, ist sehr entspannt, hilfsbereit und steht für alle Fragen zur Verfügung.

Nous avons passé un super séjour. Philippe est un propriétaire très discret (il habite la maison à côté) il est toujours disponible et bienveillant. La maison a beaucoup de charme, la décoration est vraiment très sympa elle est près de tout, à pied ou à vélo !!

Passte alles super. Merci Phillipe!! Der Gastgeber war sehr bemüht, dass die Gäste einen angenehmen Aufenthalt haben - für alle Fragen offen. Und bei Problemen sofort ansprechbar. Sehr sauber, innen als auch außen gepflegt. Check in und Check und out unkompliziert. Die Bilder und die Angaben zu dem Objekt treffen alle zu. Wir hatten als Familie mit Hund eine sehr schöne Woche dort, in einem sehr gepflegten Haus, in dem alt und neu gut kombiniert wurde. Das Haus grenzt an einer Strasse, von der wir aber nicht viel wahrgenommen haben. Land und Leute sind sehr freundlich, eine wirklich schöne Umgebung mit vielen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Unser erster, aber nicht letzter Urlaub in der Bretagne.

Maison idéalement située pour rejoindre à pied le port ou la plage. Elle a été très bien rénovée et est parfaitement équipée. Nous avons passé un super séjour avec nos 2 enfants (Lit clos/cabane super!). Philippe est discret mais aux petits soins et toujours prêt à rendre service si besoin. Petit bonus : le jardin est très bien exposé pour profiter du soleil breton!

Die Kommunikation mit Philippe und der Check-in waren angenehm unkompliziert. Philippe ist sehr nett, hilfsbereit und entspannt und hat auch viele gute Tips auf Lager, zB herrliche Ausflugsziele, oder den Zwiebelbauern Marcel um die Ecke oder der Ile de Batz. Das Haus ist sehr bequem und vollständig und mit viel Geschmack eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Wir haben besonders auch Waschmaschine und Trockner geschätzt, sowie die Spülmaschine. Das Haus liegt sehr günstig am Rand von Roscoff, das charmante Zentrum um den alten Hafen ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen. Das Haus liegt zwar an einer Straße, aber der geringe Verkehr hat uns nicht gestört. Von der Terrasse aus hat man Blick auf das Meer. Wir haben uns bei Philippe sehr wohlgefühlt. Er hat das Haus behutsam renoviert und wohnlich gemacht. Beachtenswert ist die wunderschöne Holztreppe ins Obergeschoss, die er selbst gebaut hat. Sowohl ein schöner kleiner Strand, als auch der Jardin Exotique sind zu Fuss in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Dank des guten Wetters haben wir fast jeden Abend den Strand aufgesucht um das "belebende" Wasser zu genießen. Allein der starke Tidenhub ist eine kleine Sensation für Leute wie uns, die nicht am Meer wohnen! In der Küche gibt es übrigens auch alle Geräte für die Zubereitung aller denkbaren Meerestiere, die man zum Beispiel von der peche a pied mitbringt (oder vom nahen Vivier de Roscoff)! Wir werden sehr gerne wieder kommen.

Maison correspondant au descriptif, idéalement située, près du centre, du port, des plages... Propriétaire très sympa, à l'écoute et disponible, habite à côté mais discret. Mise à disposition de vélos, très appréciable! Nous y avons séjournez avec 2 ados et recommandons fortement cette location qui dispose d'une très bonne literie et est très calme malgré la route qui passe juste devant.

Logement agréable, fonctionnel et convivial. Gîte idéalement situé à proximité du centre de Roscoff, des commerces, de plages splendides et de points d'intérêt à visiter. Cuisine très bien équipée; très bonne literie et véritable lit breton pour enfant (cabane parfaite!) Idéal pour des vacances en famille grâce à son bel espace et le jardin clos à disposition. Propriétaire très gentil, disponible, discret et de bon conseil pour découvrir la région. Vélos à disposition. Merci beaucoup à Philippe pour les moments partagés et pour ses conseils... Nous y retournerons certainement!
