Modern holiday flat between beach and marina The "Sunny" holiday flat is located on the holiday island of Fehmarn on the beautiful south beach between the Burgtiefe marina and the long, interesting south beach promenade, which is perfect for a relaxing stroll. A free, allocated parking space is available for your exclusive use in the car park in front of the house. The house has a lift so that you can easily reach the "Sunny" holiday flat on the 2nd floor even with heavy luggage. The 2-room flat is 49 m² in size and comprises a living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and balcony. The flat was newly renovated in 2025 (e.g. also the bathroom). It is equipped with convectors so that you can heat the flat quickly at any time. The comfortably furnished flat for up to 4 people with its spacious south/west-facing balcony invites you to sunbathe and enjoy romantic sunsets with a view of the Baltic Sea. The flat is allergy-friendly and is fully equipped with laminate and floor tiles. The very spacious living room with dining area has a large window front to the balcony and is therefore very bright and friendly. The living room with its new large sofa bed (approx. 140 x 200 cm) offers the possibility of an additional extra bed. 43-inch Smart cable TV, Blu-ray/DVD player, stereo system and WLAN offer the comfort you are used to at home. From the living room you have access to the large, furnished, south/west-facing balcony, which offers a wonderful view of the south beach and the Baltic Sea. The bedroom is furnished with a large double bed (180cm x 200 cm; two 7-zone pocket spring mattresses) and a large wardrobe. There are also two bedside tables, a shoe cabinet, a chest of drawers and a 32-inch smart cable TV. There are also 4 duvets and 4 pillows. You are welcome to bring your own bed linen, towels and tea towels or, if you wish, you can book them as an external service through our holiday lettings department. The modern kitchen is completely newly equipped with dishwasher, microwave-oven, fridge with freezer compartment and 4-burner ceramic hob. Also available: Coffee machine, toaster, egg cooker, all cooking utensils, kettle, plenty of crockery and much more. The modern tiled bathroom with bathtub/shower, modern suspended WC and plenty of storage space also invites you to feel at home. There is also heated towel rail, hairdryer and make-up mirror. Suitable for children (children's DVD's, children's crockery and games available). Long-term tenants welcome. Not suitable for wheelchairs. The flat is a non-smoking flat, pets are not allowed. The distance to the beach is approx. 100m. Almost on the doorstep is the Burgtiefe marina with its beautiful harbour promenade with a small shop, launderette, café, restaurant (Sailors Inn) and much more (e.g. motorboat and bicycle hire). The beach promenade with the FehMare bathing world (wave pool, sauna, waterfall and water slide), bakery, restaurants, cafés and much more is approx. 100 metres away. The centre of the island, the town of Burg, with all its shops, restaurants, supermarkets and the beautiful Burg-Film-Theatre is approx. 3 km away.
