The windows are equipped with pleated blinds and insect screens.
The bedroom in the marina features a large box-spring bed (180 x 200 cm) with a full-length topper and a wardrobe.
Shower room with heated floors.
Kitchenette with a 2-burner ceramic cooktop and all the essentials: electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, ample high-quality dishes, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.
This is the perfect place to relax!
Located on the 1st floor; an elevator is available.
Unfortunately, there is no balcony.
Outdoor area
Private parking space.
During November and December until the start of the school break, and from January after the school break ends through March, there may occasionally be increased noise levels in the residential complex due to possible renovation work.
