This gorgeous, approx. 49 m² 2-room vacation apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a 5-story apartment building with an elevator, right on the south beach of the Fehmarn Vacation Center (Burgtiefe) between the marina and the Baltic Sea beach. With a balcony and ocean view.
The combined living/bedroom features a sleeper sofa for 2 people (140x200 cm), a sofa area with a TV, and a dining area with a view of the ocean. A 6 m² southwest-facing balcony, accessible through a sliding door at the patio window, is perfect for sunbathing or dining with a view of the sea. A flat-screen TV and a CD/iPod/MP3 player with radio are provided. The kitchen is equipped with standard appliances such as a coffee maker, microwave, toaster, etc. The bedroom features a comfortable double bed (180x200 cm), a wardrobe, and a dresser. The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower, a towel warmer, and a floor-to-ceiling, illuminated wall mirror. The living room and bedroom have laminate flooring.
A parking space next to the house is reserved for you. Please note that there is no Wi-Fi available in this vacation rental.
