Welcome to the Baltic Horizont with a sea view, your cozy vacation rental in Burgtiefe on Fehmarn. This 34-square-meter apartment offers everything you need for a relaxing stay on the Baltic Sea.
The apartment is located on the 4th floor and features a balcony with a magnificent ocean view—the ideal spot to start your day with a cup of coffee in the morning or enjoy the ocean breeze in the evening. You’re just 200 meters from the beach, so you can feel the sand beneath your feet in just a few minutes.
The open-concept living area harmoniously combines the bedroom and living room. A comfortable box-spring bed (160x200 cm—2 mattresses, each 0.80x200 cm) promises restful nights, while the spacious sofa invites you to relax. A dining table with 2 chairs provides space for shared meals or cozy evenings.
The modern kitchenette is equipped with a stove (2 burners), dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle—everything you need to prepare meals to your liking. The spacious bathroom features a bathtub.
Additional amenities include free parking and an elevator that takes you conveniently to the 4th floor. The apartment is heated and comes with a vacuum cleaner. A TV and a wardrobe round out the amenities.
The location is excellent: shopping is just 500 meters away, the bus stop is right outside the front door, and you’re right next to the bike path—perfect for your bike rides along the coast. The train station is 4 kilometers away.
Pets are not allowed.
The apartment is a non-smoking property.
The visitor’s tax (Ostseecard) is required island-wide, year-round.
We’ll send you the visitor’s cards via email no later than your arrival day.
From November 1 through March 31, a flat-rate energy fee of €3.00 per person per night will be charged.
During the months of November and December until the start of the school break, and from January after the end of the school break through March, there may occasionally be increased noise levels in the residential complex due to possible renovation work.
