"Kastil" mit privatem Pool
This detached house is located near a small bay and just a few kilometers west of the town of Korčula.
On the north and south sides there is a terrace equipped with stone tables and chairs. There is also a higher terrace with a stone table and benches from which there is a beautiful view of the surroundings and the pool.
The four-star house with thick walls was thoroughly renovated in 1998. It consists of three floors in total and offers a living space of approximately 200 m². On the ground floor there is a living room with a fireplace, sofa bed and satellite TV. There is a fully equipped winter kitchen with all essential electrical appliances (oven, stove, refrigerator) and a dining room. There is also a bathroom with a toilet and a room with a billiard table. In the back there is a summer kitchen. It is also equipped with a dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. Right next to it is a bathroom with a toilet. On the first floor there are a total of three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Two of the rooms have air conditioning and a double bed. The third room has two single beds. On the first floor there is a fourth bedroom with a balcony.
The beach is only 100 meters away. The nearest shop is only 250 meters away. Restaurants are 70, 150 and 400 meters away. Korčula is four kilometers away.
The property is located on a 5000m² plot with a garden. You can refresh yourself in the swimming pool and relax on the pool terrace. There are also parking spaces and a barbecue area that can be used at any time. There is also a small chapel on the property.
