On the ground floor, a generous living and dining room of 70 m2 serves as the heart of the villa, complete with an open-hearth fireplace, a flat screen satellite TV, and air conditioning. This inviting space opens directly onto a roofed terrace of 40 m2 furnished with terrace furniture and deck chairs, where guests can enjoy the breathtaking panoramic views. The ground floor also features a fully equipped open kitchen fitted with 4 hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, as well as a separate WC.
On the first upper floor, 2 bedrooms are available, each furnished with 1 double bed measuring 2 x 90 cm with a length of 210 cm. Each of these rooms is equipped with its own shower and WC, as well as individual air conditioning. On the second upper floor, an additional 2 bedrooms are arranged in the same configuration, each offering 1 double bed of 2 x 90 cm with a length of 210 cm, a private shower and WC, and air conditioning.

Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub.
Einzig der steile Weg zur Unterkunft ist etwas beschwerlich, aber ansonsten - alles perfekt. Der Eigentümer ist super nett und hat etwas entfernt ein eigenes Restaurant ( Kod Ivana ). Da muss man auch unbedingt mal hin, die Dorade haben wir nirgends besser gefunden.
Das Haus an sich ist sehr gepflegt, hat alles, was das Herz begehrt und der morgendliche Blick aus dem Schlafzimmerfenter Richtung Meer - unbezahlbar. Es sind insg. 4 Doppelzimmer mit eigenem Bad vorhanden, sodass man auch immer seine Privatsphäre hat, wenn man mit mehreren reist. Ein wenig hellhörig sind die Zimmer aber trotzdem.
Es liegt sehr ruhig, wir konnten uns super erholen und ich vermisse es jetzt schon.
Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!

Only the steep path to the accommodation is a bit difficult, but otherwise - everything is perfect. The owner is super nice and has his own restaurant (Kod Ivana) a bit away. You really have to go there, we haven't found the sea bream anywhere better.
The house itself is very well maintained, has everything your heart desires and the morning view from the bedroom window towards the sea - priceless. There are a total of 4 double rooms with their own bathroom, so that you always have your privacy when you travel with several people. The rooms are a bit noisy.
It's very quiet, we were able to relax and I already miss it.
We would definitely come again!
