Utri House is a spacious and comfortable flat located on the first floor with lift of
a building located a few steps from the beach in Voltri. The flat consists of two spacious double bedrooms, a living area with a corner sofa, a fully equipped independent kitchen and a bathroom with shower. The flat enjoys an excellent location, a few minutes from the beach and very convenient to transport and services, all shops are under the house. A few minutes' walk away is the Voltri station, which allows you to reach the centre of Genoa, where you can visit the Aquarium and the characteristic historical centre that welcomes tourists with ancient and noble palaces, the Cathedral, the Palazzo Ducale, various museums, the Columbus House, many restaurants and characteristic places where you can taste the specialities of Genoese cuisine.
