I have been in this area often for the last 2 months. I have been in 5 other accommodations. This is a place where you feel at home, where you will want to come back., the apartment is in a great location, whether it is the sea, train, supermarket, bars, restaurants, bus. For me Excellent, the welcome by the owner is a rarity these days, he was always available, the owner thought of our breakfast, our morning coffee, milk, marmalades. Everything necessary for quick cooking, whether oil, spices... This is not seen in this area. This apartment was fragrant, clean. There was really nothing to complain about. I highly recommend it to every traveler.

Sehr, sehr gastfreundlicher Empfang, Kaffee, Milch und Konfitüre, Öl, Salz und Pfeffer alles da um sich sofort etwas zuz

Ausstattung, Sauberkeit sofortige Hilfe. Begrüßungsmappe mit sehr guten Tipps für Neuankömmlinge. Lage mit extrem guter Verkehrsanbindung zur Innenstadt in einem sehr gepflegten Vorort in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Strand sowie zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Würde es auf jeden Fall nächstes Mal wieder buchen. Der Juniorchef hat uns allerbestens versorgt! Vielen herzlichen Dank!

Appartamento ideale per le mie esigenze di lavoro e comfort. Wi-fi, comoda scrivania, camere grandi, ben arredate e con molto spazio per tutto. Cucina ben accessoriata e funzionale con il necessario facilmente a portata di mano. La posizione è ottima, vicino alla stazione dei treni, alla passeggiata lungomare e a tutti i servizi di Pegli. Host molto gentile e disponibile, cosa che ha aggiunto tranquillità al mio soggiorno.

un bon endroit pour 1 semaine de vacances a Gênes en famille

super grand et propre , lits spacieux et confortable un bon endroit pour découvrir Gênes avec alimentaire a 2 pas, cuisine équipée

difficulté pour se trouver une place de parking, la gazinière est a revoir ( non fonctionnement de 2 feux sur 4)

Все дуже сподобалося! Помешкання тихе та затишне, зручне розташування — близько до вокзалу, моря та магазину. Було все необхідне для комфортного перебування. Окремо хочу відзначити чудову хазяйку — дуже приємна та уважна. Щиро рекомендую це місце для відпочинку
