El apartamento está nuevo, totalmente reformado, con mucho encanto y ofrece todas las instalaciones que se le pueden pedir, que además funcionan estupendamente. Es muy espacioso, y luminoso, con habitaciones muy amplias y techos altos. Hay aire acondicionado en todas las estancias. Tiene dos aseos. Se accede por un tramo de escalera corto. El aire acondicionado funciona perfectamente. Es todo nuevo y está super limpio. Aunque no está cerca del centro de Génova hay una estación de tren cercana que en 15 minutos lleva hasta la Plaza del Príncipe. Tuvimos suerte porque encontramos aparcamiento en la calle cercano y gratuito.
Los tramites para realizar la entrada son a mi juicio excesivos y llevan tiempo completarlos. Hay que depositar una fianza de 250 € para la que hay que solicitar la devolución pasados 15 días, de la cual se quedan 7€ por gastos de gestión.
