The house, surrounded by fruit trees, such as avocado trees, is situated 1,5 kilometres from Nerja. The beach of Burriana, which is the main beach of Nerja, is a little bit closer to the house. There is also a covered porch of 21 m2, a private heated swimming pool (September-June) of 8.5 m. long by 4 m. wide, with Jacuzzi incorporated in the pool of 2.2 m. diameter, garden furniture, six sun beds and sun umbrellas. The house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which has a Jacuzzi of 1.8 m. diameter with a capacity of 400 litres of water, with various hydromassage functions. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, juice squeezer, coffee machine, mixer, fridge, kettle, washing machine and dishwasher.
