Nerja Paradise Rentals - Villa Topaz

Everything was fantastic - well appointed villa in ‘new’ Nerja with a great location. Near to Burriana beach and a short walk into the Balcon. Lots of space and so many terraces with beautiful views. Ground floor 3 bedrooms, 1 en suite with small terrace, 1 bedroom opened onto pool area. 3rd bedroom and a second toilet and shower room. Large outside area with small pool, sunbeds and dining area, washing machine. 1st floor large living room, kitchen, dining area with 2 terraces with seating. 3rd floor rooftop terrace. Villa had all facilities we needed for 2 couples. Communication from Paradise rentals was excellent. Bedding and towels renewed the second week.

Nothing to dislike

We liked the comfortable and spacious villa. The pool was a welcome bonus in the heat.

Whilst the air conditioning was both welcome and important, it was difficult to regulate.

clean, everything you need, great location

The property was even better than the photos online. Very clean and comfortable. The pool is small but useful to cool down when its very hot!!! There was plenty of room for 5 adults. The balconies were many and lovely places to relax on. The location was great for the local beach. It took us about fifteen minutes to walk to the city centre. The contact before, during and after our stay was very friendly, helpful and made our stay in Nerja unforgettable. Paradise Rentals are an excellent company to deal with. Responded really quickly to all inquiries.Thank you for everything!

The beds were very hard but we did get used to them after a few days.
