About this villa rental
This stunning villa with private pool, located near Burriana beach, offers an ideal retreat with its 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 living rooms and spacious terraces. The house is in the residential area of Pueblo Antequera, surrounded by detached villas, a short walk from the Mercadona supermarket and several restaurants.
Ideal for families or groups of friends. Free parking on the street. The property gives access to a park that almost leads to the beach.
The space
Located on its own enclosed plot, this generous villa of 200 m² on three levels is well equipped and fully furnished. The upper floor has four bedrooms (air-conditioned) and three bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have access to a terrace.
The middle floor has an entrance hall, a bathroom, a kitchen and a living/dining room with sliding doors to the terrace. The latter, equipped with a table and 10 chairs, is perfect for alfresco dining.
On the first floor of the villa there is a spacious air-conditioned bedroom with en-suite bathroom, as well as a second living room with sliding doors to the pool.
High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa.

Sofa, two armchairs, coffee table, wall-mounted flat screen TV, dining table and chairs, sliding doors to the south facing terrace and air conditioning.
Living room 2:
Two sofas, coffee table, TV and direct access to the pool.
Kitchen:
Granite worktop, fully equipped with oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster and coffee maker.
Bedroom 1:
Queen-size bed (160 cm wide), bedside tables and lamps, built-in wardrobe, door to terrace, door to en-suite bathroom and air conditioning.
Bedroom 2:

The rectangular private pool (8 x 4 m) has a staircase entrance, eight deckchairs and parasols. Next to the pool are the barbecue, an outdoor shower, more sunbeds and a second relaxation area.
South facing, the pool enjoys almost permanent sunshine and is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the sun.
Other highlights
The house is located in a residential area with many year-round residents. For this reason, we do not accept bookings for groups under 21 years old or bachelor/hen parties. This house is not suitable for parties or events. Noise should be kept to a minimum between 23:00 and 9:00.
The house is in a quiet cul-de-sac, very little frequented. Another access is possible from an equally quiet street.
