Gite This gite is part of the property, in a semi-detached gite in our old Périgourdine farmhouse in Périgord Noir, which has been fully restored to create 5 charming gites. In a dominant position overlooking the Dordogne valley, with hiking trails 28 and 29 "Flânerie au Pays de Fénelon" passing in front of the property, you will be in the heart of the superb Dordogne valley and its castles, and 15 minutes from Sarlat, the soul of Périgord Noir. The 4 other adjoining gites have an outdoor courtyard with garden furniture, table tennis and a double barbecue area. At the rear of the property is a large 4,000m2 area called Le Pré, with parking and a communal swimming pool for the gites, with a large beach for parasols and sun loungers.
