About this house rental
A little haven of peace, this 2-hectare estate in the Périgord Noir is here to help you escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Just 3 km from the medieval town of Sarlat-la-Canéda and close to major tourist attractions (Lascaux, Les Eysies, chasms and caves, the troglodyte village, and the castles of the Dordogne Valley).
The estate is entirely private for guests; you’ll have access to the 3 independent cottages, the 2-hectare grounds, and the private saltwater pool (open from May through September).
Description of the 3 cottages:
*LE CANTOU: for 4 people with a private terrace, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom
*LE BUIS: for 2 people with a private terrace, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom
*LA GRANGE: sleeps 5 with a private terrace, 2 bedrooms, 1 loft, and 1 bathroom
A pleasant stay awaits you in an authentic Périgord house
Don’t worry—no matter what time you arrive, your beds will be ready to welcome you with cozy sheets.
Please let us know which beds you’d like to use so we can prepare them.
You’ll be located just outside the capital of the Périgord Noir, renowned for its monumental architecture dating primarily from the medieval period and the early Renaissance (13th to 16th centuries). You’ll enjoy its markets, where regional specialties are sold: foie gras, duck breast, truffles, porcini mushrooms, figs, and walnuts.

Nous avons passe 2nuits dans ce gîte.bucoliqie avec des amis et leurs enfants. L'endroit est sécurisé pour être tranquille avec les petits. Les maisons sont charmantes. Très calme

Ensemble de 3 gites très bien situé à côté de Sarlat. Il y a même une très bonne boulangerie au village de Proissans.
Les 3 gites sont impeccables et disposent de tout le nécessaire pour passer un agréable moment.
