Outside, a terrace invites you to enjoy the fresh sea air and spend relaxing hours outdoors. The holiday home is detached, surrounded by a garden for exclusive use, which guarantees optimum privacy. There is also a pool for communal use - ideal for cooling off on warm days. The area surrounding the holiday home offers numerous leisure activities. Just 774 metres separate you from the beach and the sea, allowing for water sports activities and relaxing days by the water. There is a grocery store just 1.5 kilometres away for your daily needs. Linen, Parking and Outdoor Area Please remember to bring your bed linen and towels if you have not expressly booked them in advance. Otherwise, we will assume that you are bringing your own. Bedding (pillows and duvets) is provided. Please park vehicles only in the designated parking spaces. Our robotic lawn mowers operate daily between 4:00 AM and 9:00 AM. Each house is equipped with outdoor furniture and a sun umbrella. Please ensure that the umbrella is folded down whenever you leave the property. A charcoal barbecue grill is also available and should be cleaned after use. For fresh bread rolls, please visit the Liebeslaube Campsite. Additional shopping facilities, including a Kaufland supermarket, can be found in Gägelow, approximately 3 km away. The Wi-Fi password can be found on a sticker attached to the door frame. Each house is equipped with an easy-to-use washer-dryer operated by a coin-operated timer, which is activated using euro coins. The outdoor swimming pool is open from Easter through October. It is covered and available to all guests free of charge. In addition, an outdoor sauna by the pond is available in a beautiful natural setting. It is operated with €1 coins and can be reserved exclusively through us. Please keep an eye on your children at all times, including when they are using the playgrounds. We separate waste and recycling. The designated waste bins are located at the entrance to the property. Please ensure that the dishwasher is emptied before departure. If time does not allow for a final dishwasher cycle, we kindly ask that any remaining dishes be washed by hand. If you are travelling with a dog, please note that pets are only permitted in designated fenced properties. Before departure, please remove all pet hair and clean up any pet waste. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds. We also require that your dog is covered by valid liability insurance.
