It offers the ideal setting for up to 4 people to realise relaxed holiday dreams in an idyllic atmosphere. Inside the house, you will find high-quality furnishings that leave nothing to be desired. Two elegantly designed bathrooms with showers, a modern fitted kitchen equipped with dishwasher, microwave and oven as well as a cosy living room with flat-screen TV, soundbar and radio ensure your well-being and a carefree holiday. The outdoor area invites you to relax on the spacious terrace, equipped with a barbecue and garden furniture. A parasol provides shade on hot days, while two sun loungers offer perfect relaxation. In addition, a covered outdoor pool (available from April to November) and a sauna are available for communal use for entertainment and refreshment. For younger guests, there is also a fenced-in adventure playground and a large ball pit for active leisure activities. The close proximity to the beach, combined with the possibility of spending a holiday with a dog, makes this holiday home the perfect starting point for a variety of activities and pure relaxation. A coin-operated washing machine and the option of hiring a handcart for trips to the beach round off the offer. Please note that bed linen and towels are only provided if they have been booked in advance. Otherwise, we assume that you will bring your own. Children’s cots are available and bedding, including pillows and duvets, is provided in the house. Please park your vehicle only in the designated parking spaces. Our robotic lawn mowers operate daily between 4:00 AM and 9:00 AM. Each terrace is equipped with outdoor furniture and a sun umbrella. For safety reasons, please ensure that the umbrella is closed whenever you leave the property. A charcoal barbecue grill is available for your use. Please clean it thoroughly after use and leave it in good condition for the next guests. Catering and Shopping Fresh bread rolls are available from the Liebeslaube Campsite. For larger grocery shopping, you will find a Kaufland supermarket in Gägelow, approximately 3 km away. In-House Amenities The Wi-Fi password can be found on a sticker attached to the door frame. Provide your feedback on BizChat Each house is equipped with an easy-to-use washer-dryer, operated via a coin-operated timer that is activated with euro coins. Pool and Sauna The outdoor swimming pool is open from Easter through October. It is covered and available to all guests free of charge. An outdoor sauna by the pond is available for all guests. Please keep an eye on your children at all times, including when they are using the playgrounds. House Rules and Departure We separate waste and recycling. The designated waste bins are located at the entrance to the property. Please ensure that the dishwasher is emptied before departure. If time does not allow for a final dishwasher cycle, we kindly ask that any remaining dishes be washed by hand. If you are travelling with a dog, please note that pets are only permitted in designated fenced properties. Before departure, please remove all pet hair and clean up any pet waste. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds. We also assume that your dog is covered by valid liability insurance. A copy of the house rules is displayed on the entrance door of each house.
